Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ mental health and substance use concerns through psychiatric interviews, clinical history, and relevant evaluations
• Identify psychiatric disorders and determine suitable treatment approaches for individual cases
• Manage medication plans and review patient response, tolerability, and ongoing clinical needs
• Provide appropriate follow-up care and adjust treatment according to changes in patient condition
• Guide patients and their families on treatment adherence, symptom management, and continuing care, including recovery support where appropriate

Job Description

• Provide specialist psychiatric consultations and evidence-based management of mental health and substance-related conditions
• Develop individualized care plans that consider patient history, symptoms, and treatment response
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure appropriate confidentiality of patient information
• Recognize urgent psychiatric concerns and arrange suitable intervention or referral when necessary
• Support continuity of care through planned reviews, patient education, and coordination with relevant healthcare professionals
