Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical management of critically ill patients requiring advanced intensive care support across medical, surgical, and emergency ICUs
• Monitor ventilator settings, invasive hemodynamic parameters, and organ support systems while making timely clinical decisions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans with physicians, surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies including sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and cardiac arrest using evidence-based critical care protocols
• Maintain detailed ICU documentation, ensure infection control practices, and provide guidance to junior doctors and healthcare staff
