Job Description
Teach MBBS and postgraduate students in the ENT department
Manage OPD and IPD clinical responsibilities
Supervise academic and clinical work of junior doctors and residents
Participate in departmental academic meetings and curriculum planning
Ensure compliance with NMC and institutional guidelines
Requirements
MS / DNB in ENT from a recognized institute
Valid NMC or State Medical Council registration
Experience fulfilling NMC eligibility for Associate Professor
Strong academic, clinical, and communication skills
Commitment to professional ethics and teaching standards
