We are hiring a Consultant Gastrosurgeon for a well-known multi-specialty hospital in Ferozpur, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform elective and emergency GI surgeries (laparoscopic and open)
• Evaluate patients and interpret diagnostics (endoscopy, imaging, labs)
• Plan peri-operative care and implement ERAS pathways
• Coordinate with anesthesia, ICU, and allied specialties for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation, consents, and follow-up protocols

Job Description:

• Provide OPD, IPD, and OT services for GI and HPB conditions
• Participate in on-call rota; manage surgical emergencies
• Ensure adherence to infection control and surgical safety checklists
• Engage in CMEs, case audits, and continuous skill development
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centric care with strong clinical outcomes
