Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate assessment and stabilization of children presenting with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions
Manage critically ill pediatric patients requiring invasive and non-invasive respiratory support
Monitor hemodynamic status, fluid balance, nutrition, medication response, and other critical parameters
Lead the management of pediatric emergencies including severe infections, respiratory distress, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction
Communicate treatment plans with families and coordinate closely with pediatric and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Manage a high-acuity pediatric caseload requiring continuous observation and advanced critical care support
Handle ventilated, high-dependency, and medically unstable children according to established PICU protocols
